If you can spend that type of money - Great! - you can build a successful business very quickly, if you spend wisely. If you don’t have that kind of money to budget for advertising, use free classified ads.
A word of advice - classified advertising takes lots of time and it requires consistency. That’s the trade-off for the money that you didn’t have to spend.
